Louie's has been open for over twenty years now. It has maintained the very special dining experience with the menu and food staying consistent through the years and has been described as "California comfort food served with an elegant flair". Head Chef Tony Manzanares is going on 20 years at Louie's. Along with a professional and loyal staff, the food, presentation and service seems effortless. The wine list is well thought-out and eclectic featurings some great Santa Barbara County and Central Coast wines. Included are Napa Valley cabernets as well the hard-to-find wines.... an array of wines that suit every dish we offer.
