Oxnard's favorite summertime tradition has been the City of Oxnard's Heritage Square Summer Concerts. Held for ten weeks with an 11th charity benefit concert often added. The series runs mid June through late August from 6 to 8 PM. These Friday night concerts are one of the best places to hear live music offering entertainment to suit every musical preference. Styles range from reggae to swing and from country to rock'n'roll. THE LINEUP: June 15 - Sound Effect Band (R&B, Funk). June 22 - Irie Smile (Reggae). June 29 - Sgt. Pepper (Beatles Tribute).
