DESCRIPTION
If you have a hard time committing to a workout, FitStart will provide you with the tools to achieve your healthy lifestyle goals. A Total Health Coach will review your fitness level & objectives, orientate you on how to use equipment properly, advise you on how to overcome barriers from exercising, and provide support during the first 12 weeks of your program. This is a perfect program for individuals just starting a healthy lifestyle,those getting back into an exercise routine or who have a difficult time committing to an exercise plan. Orientation nights are scheduled every other Monday night and are included with your membership.
