Rodgers & Hammerstein's first and most innovative collaboration set the standard for musical theatre still being followed today. Set in the Oklahoma Territory at the turn of the century, the high-spirited rivalry between the local farmers and cowboys provides a colorful backdrop against which Curly, a handsome cowboy, and Laurey, a winsome farm girl, play out their love story. With these two headstrong romantics holding the reins, love's journey is as bumpy as a surrey ride down a country road. With a grandeur as great as the wind that comes sweeping 'cross the plain, Oklahoma! captures the dream of a frontier full of possibility in a brand new state.   ($23.25 - $37.50)

Intelligent, intricate and imaginative, 36 Views takes its title from the famous woodblock prints of Mt. Fuji by nineteenth-century Japanese artist Hokusai. At its heart is the discovery of an apparently ancient manuscript - a priceless Japanese pillow book - and the attempts to validate its authenticity. Darius Wheeler, a dealer in Asian art antiquities, specializes in acquiring and pricing the exotic things of life. Setsuko Hearn an Asian art historian with an uncanny knack for sensing a fake, longs for both stability and mystery. Their search for the "original" becomes an exotic game of greed, sensuality, and shifting perceptions. Interweaving western and eastern artistic traditions, this play explores the sometimes tense relationship between restored original and replicated artifact, expected and actual.    ($20.25 - $32.50)
