|Community Hub: Coastal Cleanup Day
(Always Call to Verify Dates & Times)
Calling all ocean lovers. Join Impact Hub and millions of people around the world for International Coastal Cleanup Day! Letís protect our waterways and clear some trash and debris from our beaches. Meet us at the pier dolphin fountain at 9am with a reusable bag or bucket.
Impact Hub Santa Barbara is proud to announce Community Hub.
Impact Hub has always believed in social responsibility, community engagement and relationship building; this new program gives us a way to put some action into what we say.
The program is designed to help our members get to know one another while serving the community. Each month we feature a local cause, inspired by one or more of our hub members. We then participate in that cause together.
Our September Community Event:
Coastal Cleanup Day is a local and international event held every September to clean our beaches and waterways. When you volunteer for Coastal Cleanup Day, youíre not only cleaning the beach, youíre also joining the largest volunteer effort in California. This year's event is being brought to you by Explore Ecology. Visit their official event page or email for the most up to date information https://exploreecology.org/coastal-cleanup-day/
