9/13 - Seep Tours tomorrow .... 9/14 ... You have an opportunity to learn more about the oil and gas seeps near Coal Oil Point! Venoco provides weekend tours aboard the “Condor Express” giving the general public a close up view of the "World's Most Spectacular Seeps.” There are two tours each day at 8:30 and 10:00 am. Persons of any age may attend. It is a great morning out for the whole family!
The tours begin in the Santa Barbara Harbor at the Sea Landing dock. You will board the “Condor Express” and travel up the coast to Coal Oil Point. Participants view the 6,000 gallons of oil that seeps naturally and 5 million cubic feet of natural gas that rises from the ocean floor each day. 8/24 - "Back to the Future II" ... Join us on Saturday, August 31 for "Back to the Future II" when Marty McFly must repeat his visit to 1955 to prevent disastrous changes to 1985... without interfering with his first trip! Tickets are $5 General Admission and available at Curious Cup bookstore and at the theater box office on the evening of the show. Popcorn, candy, soda, beer and wine are available for purchase throughout the show!
7/19 - Old Time Radio comes alive at the Plaza Playhouse Theater starting tonight! ... “The Shadow”, “Sam Spade”, “The Lone Ranger”… These are just a few of the old -time radio shows that will be kicking off the Plaza Playhouse Theater’s new Play Season! Tonight is Western Night featuring "Red Ryder", "Gunsmoke" and the "Lone Ranger"! Tickets are still available online at plazatheatercarpinteria.com and at the theater box office. Showtime is 7 pm.

5/9 - Lisle Nixon Memorial Polo Tournament Finals ... this Sunday May 12th ... It's time for polo matches every Sunday afternoon. Patrons are encouraged to bring a picnic lunch. Refreshments available. Great fun for the entire family. Wear sunscreen & bring your camera! Games subject to change.
There is a $10 entry fee per person to attend Polo Sundays. There are two games every Sunday at 1pm and 3pm. Everyone will receive a Polo Program which is a magazine about Polo and the Club, and will help you understand the game if this is your first time. Bring the family and take part in an age-old traditional game!

Henry Brown, distinguished stage, film and television actor, will perform and sing the role of Billy Lee in this Encore Presenation. The one-man show, written by Len Lamensdorf and directed by Asa Olsson, is the story of Billy Lee, an African-American slave who served as George Washington’s valet and was, in fact, President Washington’s closest companion in war and peace.
